The Company:
Our Client is an international Oil & Gas company with a strong focus projects across the Middle East.

The Role:
1)Responsibility for the concept design, development, planning, budgeting, negotiation, execution and delivery of collaborative action programmes.

2)Responsible for collaborative action programmes by building networks of taskforce participants from the private sector, civil society, academia, international institutions and semi-government bodies.

3)Establish actively engaged networks of business and other executives to actively engage in programmes.

4)Design and implement research and survey methodologies to gather data and information for programme insight and publications.

5)Identify, negotiate, reach agreements, and work with programme partner organisations and freelance resource required in areas such as training delivery, executive education, report design, writing and translation.

6)Prepare required materials such as concept papers, agreements, programme work plans, marketing materials, full responsibility for the grant application processes to attain funding for new programmes.

7)Design, develop and write case studies and thought leadership reports.

8)Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of Programme Deliverables including design, plan and measure baseline, progress update, programme performance, impact assessment and KPIs for programmes.

9)Work closely with the events team to develop the content, design, development, speaker preparation and session outcome reports for roundtable, forum and training events.

10)Responsibility for reporting on a quarterly basis on KPIs, time allocation and budget.

11)Establish strong relationships with stakeholders within the GCC.

12)Regular travel within the GCC.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
*10 plus years of experience in business, non-profit sector, governmental or an international organization with a proven track record of Project Delivery.
*Advanced large-scale collaborative programme management skills
*Fluent in English, with proven report structuring and writing skills
*Subject matter expert in topics relating to corporate governance, corporate responsibility, accountability and reporting business practices in the Middle East, especially in family firms and SMEs.
*Experience in building partnerships and multi-sector collaborations would be an added advantage
*Business-focused research, data collection and analytical skills
*Experience in building and managing highly effective teams
*Excellent networking, communications, presentation, persuading and community building skills
*Confidence in public speaking, media interactions and high level constituent relationships
*Self-driven, motivated, resourceful, ability to anticipate and solve problems, persuasive and
