The Role:
CSR Staff. – Compliance Department
Report to: Make report directly to Team Leader
Job Description:
• Build a yearly/ quarterly/ monthly/ weekly working plan for assigned duties and report accordingly to the team leader. • Update, research and systemize the content together with the latest changes in Vietnamese Laws, Decrees, Circulars related to social responsibilities such as: Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Insurance Law, Fire Safety Law, Electricity Law, Environment Law, Law on Chemical, Law on Food Safety…
• Give consultant to Board of Directors to comply with the mentioned Vietnamese laws and the clients requirements. • Research, understand, systemize and do training to factories all the policies and the requirements of the customers.
• Research on the managing system of SA8000, OHSAS 18001, and ISO14001….
• Do internal assessment about Energy and keep tracing, promote the factories to plan up and execute internal CAP.
• Participate in the evaluation of the company’s customers and send those results to factories in the system. Request factories to do CAP and follow up.
• Do translation documents when needed. • Other duties according to the assignment of the team leader.
Attributions:
• Take part in building the managing system of Social Responsibility, Environment, C-TPAT at the HO and other factories.
• Check the documents as well as collect actual data and information about the execution of Social Responsibility, Environment and C-TPAT at the MXP’s factories.
• Join in training courses about the managing system and needed skills related to assigned duties.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Education: 12/12 • Bachelor in Human Resources Management / Law / Foreign Languages / Trade Union. • 1-2 years working experience
• Quality and skills needed:
 English required ... fluently communicate with Customer (writing, reading, speaking, and listening at C level).
 Good at using MS Windows (Word, Excel, Powerpoint…)
 Good at document comprehension and quickly summarize the main content
 Skillful at transmitting and listening
 Good interpersonal skill and writing skill (report writing and aggregate analysis)
 Good time management skill
 Be able to work separately
 Be active in executing the job, high responsibility
 Faithful and straightforward
Training: Compliance staff will directly do training workshop about Social Responsibility, Environment and C-TPAT when assigned.
Salary: Negotiable
