The Role:
The CSU Engineer provides a key role in the commissioning and handover of the new plant and wells from the project phase to the asset operations. The primary objective is to ensure that the project delivers on its original promises, in terms of production, ramp-up, availability, and that it is fully ready for handover to the Operate phase.

The Handover Process is divided into three main steps: (i) Commissioning (ii) Preparation for Start Up and (iii) Start Up and Plant Performance Test.

Primary responsibilities include:

-Review the engineering design to identify any changes necessary to minimize the commissioning/hook-up time and /or costs.
-Contribute to the development of the Integrated Commissioning and Start-up Plans and be responsible for the implementation of the Commissioning portion of the plan.
-Develop commissioning systems, documentation and procedures, including handover documentation/procedures from fabrication/hook-up to commissioning and commissioning to operations.

This is a rotational work schedule.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Must have previous experince in Oil&Gas Industry at a substantial level in a similar role. Key areas such as:
-Flawless Project Delivery
-Safe and cost effective commissioning
-Controlled ramp-up to Steady State Operations
-Total Reliability & Technical Integrity of the operating facilities
-Asset management
