The Company:
Our client is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies with an aim to meet the energy needs of society, in ways that are economically, socially and environmentally viable, now and in the future.

The Role:
The Handover and Completions Engineer is responsible for the handover of the Project Facilities to the final Owner. Its duty includes both the preparation and the physical execution of the project completion activities. They are in charge to support and monitor the completion tools. Their role is to compile, monitor, and follow up on the punch list.

The project is divided into four work streams: wells, subsea, FLNG and onshore infrastructure.
Main construction and commissioning interfaces are around Wells / subsea and subsea / FLNG scope

Wells, subsea and onshore infrastructure work streams are managed by the Client, with support from Contractors.
The FLNG work stream is managed through a FEED and EPCI contract with a consortium.

As Handover and Completions Engineer your main responsibilities:
 Assist in the implementation of the completion tracking program for the subsea system , which will align with the FLNG database
 Input completions data into the completion tracking program during execution and testing phase
 Implement and maintain the status reports.
 Assist in the developing a Commissioning Start Up (CSU) deliverable plan to support onshore and offshore commissioning of the Subsea systems
 Assist/review development of the overall schedules which clearly identify all critical interfaces from procurement and fabrication, to installation and hook-up / commissioning
 Develop contract key dates, milestones and Shell plan dates that align with the overall project schedule.
 Assess and incorporate the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones
 Assist in a “What If scenario” workshop for CSU activities
 Participation in any HSE requirements
 Help generate and maintain weekly/monthly reports and dashboards
Special Challenges
 Liaise with and challenge Project Engineering personnel to ensure proper understanding of the key schedule sensitivities and drivers
 Implement and utilise the Shell standard tools and processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Commissioning and Start Up experience of Integrated contractors interface
Engineering Degree and/or Certification as a Planning Engineer or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years industry experience in positions
Competent in communicating (written & oral) in English language
Motivated individual with team working skills, “CAN DO” attitude, prepared to stretch personal and professional goals
Ability to operate in diverse cultures
Proficient on Windows based software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access
Knowledge in the below an advantage
o CMMS Computerized Maintenance Management System
o SAP (Systems, Applications, Products in Data Processing)
o Primavera and MS Project
