The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Within areas of responsibility, manage the process engineering effort in the development and execution support of robust commissioning and start-up plans for the Gorgon LNG facility on Barrow Island, Australia.

• Review, Develop and Execute commissioning testing procedures and initial start-up procedures
• Provide advice and assistance to develop/review start-up documentation for the Liquefaction Units and Storage and Loading
• Support LNG Commissioning activities as required
• Manage the interfaces associated with the integration of the different levels of Start-Up over the onshore facility.
• Provide detailed technical support to onshore operations personnel during start-up and early operations of the facilities.
• Provide discipline specific expertise during commissioning and start-up.
• Assist in closing out of action items from Hazop, Hazid, Tabletop workshops for area of responsibility and ensure CSU procedures reflect any required changes.
• Provide input and support in the development of Performance Testing procedures and support during the Performance Testing execution.
• Interface with other discipline specialists, e.g. ETC, vendors, laboratory, to resolve commissioning and start-up issues associated with specific discipline area.
• Develop understanding of and mitigate key risks to enable a successful commissioning and start-up from a process engineering perspective.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 10+ years working experience (Liquefaction experience required) with green field LNG commissioning and start up experience preferred
• An Engineering Degree (Chemical or Mechanical) is preferred
• Experience in Project Start-Up, Commissioning and Hand-Over
