The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Key Job Responsibilities
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Support CSU Management Team in building and maintaining Organization Capability through active participation in recruitment, training, competence assessment and resource utilization processes.
• Own stewardship of the Completions & Start-up Risk Registers ensuring the registers remain current and that the risk owners have adequate mitigation plans in place
• Support development of the Decision Support Packages and Decision Record Sheets as required ensuring quality of CSU decisions.
• Interface with the Start-up procedure development and Planning teams to ensure associated plans and procedures are being maintained.
• Interface with CSU BWI leadership team to ensure day to day support requirements are defined.
• Own stewardship of the CSU Lessons Learned Process through coordination of discipline owner reviews of external and internal Lessons Learned, screening for applicability and subsequent validation of inclusion in the appropriate CSU and or CET processes and or documentation
• Interface with HSE to ensure CSU plans, processes and procedures are aligned with Safety Case commitments
• Ensure reporting processes deliver standard and consistent messaging across CSU BWI disciplines and teams Responsible for conducting periodic “Health Checks” of key completions processes on BWI to ensure effectiveness and integrity.

• Ensure effective support to the Incident & Injury Free / Incident Free Operations start-up program
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment

Main Interfaces
• Interface as necessary with key internal and external stakeholder groups ABU and Project Engineering Teams, Commissioning Execution Team, Project and ABU HES Teams, ABU Production and Maintenance Teams, Completions and Planning Teams.

Typical work assignments would include:
• Managing procurement, fabrication (if needed) and installation of temporary piping, connections, and equipment needed to carry out commissioning & initial start-up activities.
• Managing assessment and corrective action on package equipment systems.
• Managing completion of portions of key utility or process systems which are on our critical path start-up schedule.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Candidate Requirements
• Engineering degree, preferably with Chemical, Mechanical or Oil & Gas related major (or significant equivalent experience with project engineer roles in oil, gas & chemical facilities)
• 10+ years industry experience
• Skills / experience in design, construction, completion, start-up and/or operation of gas processing / process plant facilities. Ability to work independently and manage interfaces with construction contractors, technical specialists and operations staff.
• Preferred experience would include commissioning & start-up of major gas plant or process plant facilities; LNG project experience is particularly desired.
