Job Title: CTM / Compliance Task Manager

The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
Individual to work with Compliance Management Team as Primary Technical Support for Company Compliance Task Manager (CTM). The position requires technical proficiency regarding computer systems and basic regulatory knowledge to understand existing process and systems.
1) Proficiency with Essentials CTM (Compliance Task Manager) tool to include:
- Point of contact for questions from user – how to access tool, complete tasks, report requests, etc.
- Perform and assist with CTM user training
- Primary Resource for HSE team regarding ad-hoc and advanced reporting capabilities in the CTM tool
- Perform reconciliation for tasks flagged for follow up
- Maintain KPI (Key Performance Indicator) dashboard
- Maintain HSE Compliance webpage
- Interface and problem solve with database support vendors as needed

2) Support Compliance Authorities/SME, HSE Advisors, Compliance Advisors, and operations personnel with developing Compliance Task Manager (CTM) tasks.
- Manage the upload of tasks into CTM tool, including data validation
- Assist Compliance Advisors/SME with Annual task review
- Conduct task quality assurance reviews
3) Assist with regulatory applicability reviews for HSE media

- Timely follow-up with users
- Update training materials
- Develop and standardize reports
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting
- Maintain KPI dashboard and Compliance Website
- Perform CTM upload (data accuracy with no delays to live system)
- Maintain friendly and helpful attitude with users for problem solving, reporting
- Maintain solid reputation as resource to SME for applicability reviews, annual task reviews

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Entry Level (1 to 4 years professional experience)
• Bachelor’s degree (emphasis on environmental science or regulatory background)
• Highly Organized
• Strong Computer Skills
• Proficiency with Business Objects, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience working with regulatory compliance issues
Experience with Essential Suite CTM Software


Desirable qualities:
• Self starter – ability to prioritize tasks and manage overall workflow with little oversight
• Problem solver – ability to isolate a problem and recommend solutions
• Good influencer – ability to work with others to gather information or gather feedback on issues
• Innovative – willing to take on new projects
• Attention to detail – compliance data must be accurate and reliable
