Our client is a leader in power and automation technologies that enable utility and industry customers to improve performance while lowering environmental impact. They operate in around 100 countries employing over 145,000 people.

The Role:
Customer Service Co-ordinator required for a long term contract based in our Engineering client's Coventry Offices.

Duties include but are not restricted to:
- Customer Service Responsibities.
- Answering 50 phone calls per day
- Sales order back log control
- Resolving customer issues
- Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
- Route cause analysis and issue prevention

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Customer Service experience in an office environment is paramount
Typically BTEC qualified or equivalent
Demonstrable experience in a clerical or secretarial support role.
