The Role:
Customer Service / Customer Account Co-ordinator required for a long term contract based in our Engineering client's Coventry Offices.

The Customer Service / Customer Account Co-ordinator will have the following responsibilities:

- Customer Service Responsibities.
- Answering 50 phone calls per day
- Sales order back log control
- Resolving customer issues
- Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
- Route cause analysis and issue prevention

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience in an office environment is paramount
- Typically BTEC qualified or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in a clerical or secretarial support role.
