The Company:
Are the manufacturers and retailers of an instantly recognisable, global icon in the automotive industry and have been for more than 70 years, due to continuous growth they have are recruiting across a all areas of their business

The Role:
The key responsibility of this job is to co-ordinate and action customer queries and enquires and to support customer after sales activities.

You will deal with customers and their concerns by telephone, in writing and in person by making regular site visits to dealers to assist with the diagnosis of customer concerns. The job holder will be required to work in the field around the whole of the UK but predominately in the southern part of the country to include the London area but with some International Duties from time to time.

The Requirements:

Ideally successful candidates will have a full craft apprenticeship with subsequent four years technician/craftsperson experience in retail trade workshops.
Would like the person to have held a supervisory position involving customer interface and problem solving skills.
Motor Industry or Industry of Road Transport Engineers qualifications.
