The Role:
The Customer Marketing Manager for HFS is responsible for:

Strategic Marketing
• Provide on the ground information and help the HFS leadership team in setting the strategic marketing focus for products, channel strategy and ISC strategy for different product categories/ LOBs vis-à-vis different customer segments.
• Enable the execution of key STRAP initiatives through the principles of HOS with owning A3 for strategy execution.
• Analyze long-term market trends, changing customer needs, and evaluate competitive landscape in order to develop a business strategy that ensures HFS’ long-term success.

Customer Marketing Management
• Enabling the HFS team to plan and execute the Annual Operating Plan across Revenue, Profitability and Working Capital by providing the right business decisions through intelligent risk taking, integrative thinking and working together in a team environment to ensure collectively the team gets results.
• Identify and develop new ways to address unmet market segments, at the same time align with the channel & geographic expansion; drive new customer acquisition while lowering the cost to acquire/ cost to serve the different customer segments.
• Ensure expansion of Customer Base in each of the Product Lines and ensure Sales Revenue and Gross Margins for each Product Line.
• Developing tactical marketing that includes all aspects of product strategy & operational management, channel requirements analysis and competitive/ profit maximizing pricing tactics.
• Run the SIOP process through portfolio management and demand forecasting.

• Must be a passionate, professional, motivated quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills as it relates to disseminating and gathering information to staff and management and marketing to prospective clients or business partners.
• Strong problem solving ability; rigorous and resourceful with a pragmatic approach - applying 80-20 rule and coming up with directionally sound logic to navigate through limited data situations
• Ability to understand technical issues and understand impact on projects, and effectively communicate these issues and impact to other project stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills in order to deal with customers, business partners, sales and management from a variety of skill levels as well as different authority levels within the organization and customer’s organizations.
