The Role:
Customer Service Co-ordinator required for a long term contract based in our Engineering client's Coventry Offices.

Duties include but are not restricted to:
Customer Service Responsibilities.
Answering 50 phone calls per day
Resolving customer issues
Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
Root cause analysis and issue prevention

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Typically BTEC qualified with a minimum of 2 years experience
IT literate.
