Customer Service Co-ordinator required for a long term contract based in our Engineering client's Coventry Offices
Before applying please ensure you can get to Foleshill Enterprise Park Monday to Friday for a 40 hour week (8 hours a day 8.30am - 5pm)
Duties include but are not restricted to:
Customer Service Responsibilities.
Answering 50+ phone calls per day
Resolving customer issues
Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
Root cause analysis and issue prevention
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Typically qualified by experience with a minimum of 2 years
Must be reliable
Must be able to work under pressure
Must have a good attendance record
