The Role:
Customer Service Advisor required for a long term contract based in ourclient's Coventry Office - CV6 5NX

Hours Monday - Friday for a 40 hour week - 8.30am - 5pm

Duties include but are not restricted to:
Customer Service Responsibilities.
Answering a variety of phone calls per day
Resolving customer issues
Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
Root cause analysis and issue prevention

Overtime paid at overtime rate.

Skills / Qualifications:
Current relevant experience required
Able to multi-task and deal with Customer Calls
Able to deliver a first class customer experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment
A high level of IT literacy including Excel
