The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
Customer Service Co-ordinator required for a long term contract based in our Engineering client's Coventry Offices.

Duties include but are not restricted to:
- Customer Service Responsibities.
- Answering 50 phone calls per day
- Resolving customer issues
- Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
- Route cause analysis and issue prevention

Rate of pay £9.35 + £1.36 holiday pay (Equivalent to £18K per annum)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Typically BTEC qualified or equivalent
Demonstrable experience in a clerical or secretarial support role.
