The Company:
Our client is a leader in power and automation technologies that enable utility and industry customers to improve performance while lowering environmental impact. They operate in around 100 countries employing over 145,000 people.

The Role:
Customer Service Co-ordinator required for a long term contract based at our client's offices in Andover, SP10

Hours Monday to Friday for a 40 hour week (8 hours a day 8.30am - 5pm - £12.17 x 40hrs = £486.80 p/w gross)

Plus 33 paid annual holidays (25+8stats)

Duties include but are not restricted to:

Customer Service Responsibilities.
Answering 40+ phone calls per day
Resolving customer issues
Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
Dealing with root cause analysis and issue prevention

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Typically qualified by experience with a minimum of 2 years
IT literate
Must be reliable
Must be able to work under pressure

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
SAP
