My client is a leader in their field, Manufacturing and developing a range of Hardware, software and proven communication technologies all linked into Energy management solutions, with government targeted growth plans in place, they will continue to grow over the next few years.

The Role:
Currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator / Logistics Coordinator to join a the team and act as point of contact for customers. You’ll look after customers order from processing to dispatch and coordination of transport.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator / Logistics Coordinator your main duties will involve:

• Full commercial support service for Account Managers and external Customers
• Customer order processing via SAP
• Order management
• Contract management
• Process / Acknowledge all orders within agreed timescales.
• Inform customers of issues sufficiently in advance to enable alternative plans to be implemented.
• Trend analysis of customer complaints to assist internal process improvement.
• Ensure that all complaints are resolved to the customers satisfaction wherever possible

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator / Logistics Coordinator you will have experience:
• Experience of SAP essential
• Good Telephone manor
• Ideally having worked in a logistics or supply chain area
• Excellent administration skills
