The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Provide product and service information to customers and manage sales orders from initial contact to product delivery, and initiate corrective action in case of failure.
1. Handle routine order management activities and non-routine customer order activities to ensure customer demand is managed effectively.
2. Utilize the ERP system to accurately and timely place customer orders.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot customer order fulfilment process and escalates issues as needed.
4. Represent the customer needs to S&OP team.
5. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem and finally selecting and explaining the best solution.
6. Provide accurate answers to all product and service questions and suggest information about other products to attract and win potential customers.
7. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken to service their needs.
8. Prepare product or service reports by analysing customer information.
9. Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures in order to prevent future problems.
10. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.
