The Company:
A vacancy exists for a Customer Service Manager based at Hartlepool. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer services and known for their ability to successfully lead, motivate and develop others.
You will ensure your team professionally handle sales enquiries, orders, artwork or cutter requests and that complaints and queries are processed to both internal and external customer satisfaction. As an excellent communicator you will ensure clear communication channels exist bet

The Role:
To manage, motivate and develop the customer service team. To control the order book in line with production productivity targets, customer demands and service level agreements. Ensure telephones are answered promptly and professionally, enquiries are processed and orders are created. Deal with any internal and external queries and complaints and keep customers updated. Manager the electronic artwork system ensuring accurate information is passed to accounts for invoicing by month end. Manage the control of overs and slow moving stock, minimise obsolescence and ensure all consequential inventory costs are controlled.

Candidate Profile:
• Experienced Manager of people with a proven track record of developing and engaging others
• Knowledge of Customer Service administration processes
• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment desirable
• Competent with data collection and analysis
• Knowledge of IT and E-business systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral.
• PC literate to an advanced level
• Actively demonstrates and promotes exceptional customer service.
