The Company:
Our client is a well-known automation company.

The Role:
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ownership and maintenance of Customer Service responsibilities to ensure effective and timely interface between the company and its customers and partners.
• Provide a point of contact for all sales and support inquiries (email, phone, website, etc.)
• Log all inquiries and ensure responses
• Back up support for Quotations and Data Entry into Salesforce.com
• Order Review Due Diligence and QC processes
• Maintenance of data and records in both the electronic and hard copy format
• Ensure company CRM system is kept up to date
• Assist in Post-order customer communications, customer surveys, Telemarketing & other Factory/Customer interactions
• Assist in producing sales statistics on a monthly and as required basis
• Gatekeeper Duties & Assist in Conference Call & Meeting arrangements
• Any other duties as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Associates in Business Administration, Marketing or a related subject
Good appreciation of internal sales and support processes
3-5 years of previous customer service or sales support and/or administration experience is required
5+ previous of experience working with/for a manufacturer of scientific instrumentation in the gas chromatography or spectroscopy disciplines is preferred
Proficient in use of Microsoft packages (at least Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Proficient with Customer Relationship Management Software – Salesforce.com is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
