The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
To generate new sales of Customer Support Agreements.

• Development of long term relationships with key clients
• Promote general portfolio customer service offering
• Generation of new sales opportunities within installed base.
• Generation of Support Agreement proposals.
• Assist in maintaining high customer service levels.
• Interface with customers at all levels, propose viable solutions during customer meetings
• Promote the sales of pre-owned and refurbished robots and services portfolio
• Develop sustainable customer relationships

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• HNC / Degree or diploma in an engineering field
• Customer focused with strong communication skills
• Self-disciplined and motivated
• Able to successfully interface with customers at all management levels
• Understanding of customer buying behavior modes
• Understanding of health and safety operating procedures
• Can demonstrate a knowledge of both electrical & mechanical engineering
• Experience of service agreement sales within manufacturing and/or similar industries.
• Flexible approach to extended/unusual working hours
