The Company:

The Role:
Our client is seeking a customer service solution provider with a Mechanical background to join our client's globally established Motors and Generators department in providing excellent customer service support to both internal and external customers.
As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Accurately creating and booking orders in SAP
  • Invoicing within SAP
  • Managing customer enquiries and providing optimal customer support
  • Providing claim support and warranty management on SAP
  • Preparing and providing quotations
  • Follow up on jobs to ensure they meet deadlines

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • At lest 5 years of experience in a similar Customer Service orientated position
  • Mechanical background is highly desired
  • Essential SAP experience and proficiency in MS Office packages
