The Role:
Scope of activities:
 Answer to clients inquiries.
 Coordinate with clients to submit their document for review prior to the audit.
 Coordinate with auditors or technical officer for any technical issue related to audit program.
 Review Contract Pack document handover from Commercial and data transfer into database.
 Contact client and arrange to schedule the audit of all activities.
 Proof draft invoice generated by Invoicing staff.
 Prepare necessary quotation for existing client who need to add site or scope of certification.
 Issuing and following up invoices
 Bachelor in Business Administration, or related field
 At least 1-3 years experience in Customer Services, Administrative or related fields
 Good communication and negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, service-minded
 Good command of spoken and written in English with computer literacy
