The Role:
This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Job Responsibilities:
Deep understanding for SGSN-MME, SSR-EPG & SAPC hardware & architecture.
Configuration for SGSN-MME, SSR- EPG & SAPC.
Knows how to collected traces and debug.
Trouble shooting in multi-vendor setup.
3GPP knowledge.
Drive the case reported from customer with Global competence.
Customer handling on complex technical subjects.
