The Role:
- Customer satisfaction surverys on closed leads & closed opportunities: associated with all business unites.
- MarCom even attendance soliciation: associated with all business unites.
- Other administrative support for the Regional Lead Process Manager (report preparation & distribution), etc.
Scope and Size: KPI:
- Target: 21 working days * 6 hrs (talk time) = 126 hrs/CRT.
- 50 outbound calls daily * 21 working days = 1050 calls per month.
- Success rate: 5%

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field or engineering.
- At least 2-3 years in Telemarketing or telesales.
- Customer Care Center or services organization.
- At least 1 year in MNCs environment.
- Business understanding: sales & marketing, pre-sales/post-sales support.
- Good command in English.
- Communication skills (interact with both internal andexternal customers, customer handling skills).
- Computer literacy.
- Services & phone calls.
