The Role:
Location: Tengiz
Work Schedule: 4 x 4 (B2B)
Pay Scale: TBC

Under a formation agreement TCO receive exemption from duties and importation tax for goods from RoK Customs. Under this agreement Customs have the right to audit all ‘released goods’ to ensure they are being used for their stated purpose and/or disposed of within current RoK requirements eg act of disposal. The audits are an annual event and comprising a combination of scheduled, unscheduled and financial reviews.

Goods which are not traced and/or do not confirm to relevant disposal requirements may breach RoK Administration Code standards. Customs will take legal action to reclaim unpaid duties, importation tax and fines (including late interest payments) and in certain instances instigate criminal proceeding via the Contraband Division.

Position Summary:
The role focuses on managing the logistical and scheduling aspects of the on-site custom audit, acting as the main liaison point between visiting RoK Custom official and CA team. The coordinator will be responsible for the production of Custom Declaration packs containing all the relevant documentation required by Custom inspectors to fulfill their task.

The role will manage the conference centre used exclusively by Custom official for the duration of the site inspection, including logistics, refreshments and equipment. The coordinator will be expected to manage the workload of two supporting Administrative Support personnel to ensure the CD packs and inspection documentation hardcopies are produced, stored and available in accordance with the appropriate process and procedures.

Main Functions / Skills / Experience:
• Fluent Kazakh & Russian; Good English
• Previous Supervisory experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience within TCO
• Knowledge of TCO systems / procedures
• Intermediate system skills including MS Office suite eg Work; Excel; Outlook
• Manage/prioritize workload of CA Admin support roles (x2)
• Request / issue VIP passes in conjunction with TCO Security
• Coordinate all TCO transportation requirements for site inspections and Custom Official movement whilst in Tengiz Facility
• Manage / participate production of CD packs in conjunction Content Management Developer
• Manage / participate capturing Vendor PO data
• Liaise / Coordinate ESS personnel – maintain conference facility (Berkut) requirements including equipment, refreshments, cleaning and access.
• Responsible for issuing and collection of Daily Inspection sheets – Custom officials
• Responsible for QA/QC (completeness) of Daily Inspection Sheets, and resolving outstanding issues with custom officials
• Managing CD Pack ‘library’ – controlling CD packs access / storage
• Manage workload / performance CA Admin Support roles
• Book Taxi; Bus; Dash 8 Shuttle internal staff
• Maintain CA participants MS Outlook contact lists
• Forward Comms CA participants (40+ Business Areas / 150+ participants) and monitor replies
• Responsible for managing, prioritize and distributing CA Support Inbox emails / requests
