The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Providing an overall Reporting, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence and project support/ coordination role for the Pre-Owned & Financial Services Department. Responsible for day-to-day planning, control and tracking of all projects, monthly business reporting and any ad-hoc regional reporting requirements. Ensuring that all objectives are completed within planned timescales, budget and scope using recognised project management methodology, reporting tools and analytical skills. The role has no subordinates but supervision of contractors, administrative resource or trainees may be required.

Project planning, Project Implementation, Project Control:
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and stakeholder, create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Execute the project according to the project plan. develop forms and records to document project activities, monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project, establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project, review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the projects standards.
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary, monitoring project progress and performance, where appropriate, define and manage User Acceptance Testing programme, identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programmes, monitor all budgeted project expenditures, ensuring that all financial records for the project are up to date, develop, monitor and control processes covering all project work including course development, delivery and review (post completion).

Data Analysis:
- Monitoring of programme KPI's in the regions, markets and at dealer level
- Agree and develop regular, meaningful KPI reporting/ metrics with dealer, area, regional , global hierarchy
- Agree & Implement F&I/ RV market intelligence reporting with a dealer area, regional and global hierarchy
- Work with multiple data providers (POLK, Mobile,De, Composite) to manipulate raw data into agreed formats for delivery to the wider business.
- Integrate reporting requirements into Business Objects
- Maintain Data Quality and "Right First Time" approach to reporting

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good time management and ability to multi task
Stress management skills to be able to ensure that tasks get completed on time. Good team work and influencing skills are essential in order to motivate different groups of people to fulfil their responsibilities with a given time frame.
Preferably qualified in Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Certificate or Certified Associate in Project Management or experience of coordinating projects using project management tools.
Competent at intermediate/ advanced level in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
