The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Person¿ Specification Must have a working knowledge and exhibit a passion for data analysis, be process driven and have an eye for detail, organised and a self starter. Highly competent with Microsoft Office tools and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities New Starters Inductions; give site tour, talk through computer systems, ensure smooth integration to the company ¿ TS16949 activities compliance ¿ Parts ordering and tracking Manage Holiday Charts and Calendars ¿ Meeting room bookings ¿ Training Planning E-sign orders; business cards, mobile phones etc ¿ Expenses checking ¿ Arranging event and meeting support ¿ Raising facilities e-trackers ¿ Electronic document filing and archiving Ensure effective communication between Gaydon based organisation and the test / development teams working throughout the world A clear understanding of Business processes & new business processes; provide a research shop / irst point of contact of how to do operate business processes Process improvement.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The candidate must have a working knowledge and exhibit a passion for data analysis, be process driven and have an eye for detail. They must be organised, a self-starter and able to work off own initiative They must be highly competent with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Excellent interpersonal skills An ability to work to tight deadlines with often conflicting demands Ability to work with minimal supervision using initiative to complete tasks Willing ness and ability to drive improvements in processes Key Word Search Criteria: Business Administration
Strong administration background
Advanced MS Office user in Word, Excel & Power Point
