The Role:
1. Business Environment
Our client's project is a global project covering integrated Asset Management, Procurement, Materials and Finance in a standard and simplified way.

2. Project Environment
The objective of the data team is on the project is to plan the delivery of cleansed and enriched data in accordance with global and local standards for implementation of the project solution in the region.

3. Role Description
You will work with clients in the business teams and with other members of the data team to deliver a series of data-related deliverables defined in the Responsibilities.

4. Responsibilities
The scope of the work will include the following :
1. Understand the status, scope and timeline of the existing ongoing data cleanup projects and to identify if they will align with the requirements and timeline for project implementation.
2. Hold workshops to define an archiving strategy.
3. Define additional data requirements for the midstream assets. These Assets currently have not applied general maintenance which is used by other assets in the North Sea.
4. Assist in the Data Fit-Gap Analysis for moving from current Maximo/SAP to Project.

Deliverables
Three Reports relating to items 1-3 on section above.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience as an Analyst/Consultant.
• Maximo v7 certification and experience
• Maximo v5 experience preferable
• Experience of data mapping, particularly on Maximo upgrades

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Ability to run workshops/meeting
• Consultancy skills to work with Clients to define data requirements
