The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

The data analyst’s primary purpose is to develop and manage processes that ensure data integrity, within the Customer Relationship Management database.
The data analyst is responsible to the Business Departments for Business/IT projects leading to improved data transfer and data audit processes.

Scope of the Role

1. Process Development and ways-of-working to support the migration and the maintenance of Data within the CRM system. Support the development and management on an ongoing basis of CRM data.

2. Data Migration Plans
Develop, maintain and lead the implementation of data migration plans to ensure that data is accurately transferred from legacy CRM systems to the new CRM database.

3. Solution Design
Provide analysis, solution design (Considering any corporate or group restrictions), change management and implementation in the support of specific business needs and activities).

4. Solution Testing
Develop and implement data validation routines to ensure that all data (Existing and migrated) is accurate at system launch.

5. Solution Support
Develop appropriate documentation and training material to support the activities that ensure data integrity is maintained within the CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Educated to degree level or equivalent preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Evidence of successful delivery of projects and tasks to time and budget.
4. Strong IT Literacy.
5. Ability to communicate across all levels in the business.
6. Proven experience in process/systems development and implementation.
7. Experience and understanding of Customer Relationship Management data would be of benefit.
8. Experience in the automotive industry would be of benefit.
9. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret large volumes of data.
10. Experience in an operational environment.
11. Must be able to organise and manage workload to reflect company priorities.
