The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for a Data Clerk to join a leading Oil and Gas operator in Clyde to complete a 12 month contract.

Part time hours are also available.

You will be required to provide document management services to the Interim Terminal Operations Department as part of the operational readiness preparations of the End State Terminal ensuring complete adherence to agreed fit for purpose interpretations of the applicable Company Standard/s and general business processes.

Responsibilities:

- Support the aims of Goal Zero and comply with all HSSE Policies including Golden Rules and Life saving Rules
- Administer Operations document and data management systems (repository and control)
- Updating and management of the Ex-refinery documentation for site facilities in order to align with Supply & Distribution Standards and comply with Company Visual Identity (VI) policies
- Management of relevant records input to Group Records systems TRIM, SAP & Livelink
- Single point accountability for all paper and electronic document flow within operations, including information repositories, review cycles and QA/QC on document deliverables
- Provide day-day support to the various teams on document and data control.
- Coordinating activities within a diverse team and multiple interface points

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years experience required, preferably as an administrator and/or document controller with experience focusing on corporate records management within a large
project team or organisation
- Previous experience working with SAP
- Experience working within a project environment with project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite with exceptional MS Word skills
- Experience in creation, implementation and maintenance of administrative systems, procedures and processes
- Previous experience working with TRIM preferred
