The Company:
Our Client Business is the exploration, production, refining, trading and distribution of energy.

The Role:
• Project expert on using the e-timewriting system
• Provide user support and training to timesheet authorisers and e-timewriting users.
• Provide help desk support to users
• System set-up and ongoing management of Projects, rates and agency billing rules.
• Adding/deleting and ongoing data entry of agency e-timewriting users and user types.
• Management of e-timewriting authorisers (licensees’) and changes to licensees’ including delegations of authority.
• Expediting late and un-authorised timesheets.
• Month end process, including but not limited to:
System locking at cut-off date.
Process and validation of month end billing cycle.
Distribution of billing reports to agencies, Finance & Cost and producing data files as required.
• Monthly audit/verification of all input timesheets & expenses, and subsequent final approval.
• Analyse data for allocations reporting.
• Monthly Audit rate reports to agents

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience of electronic timewriting systems or databases
Employee Payroll experience for up to 1000 users
User training or help desk experience
Oil and Gas Industry experience, preferably in a Project Services environment.
High level of competency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Previous Finance knowledge.
