The Role:
Manage DCC function. Maintain close cooperation with the IM Manager, Topsides, to provide facilities required to operate Topside site offices in an efficient and secure way.
• Co-ordinate/facilitate the implementation of project procedures as applicable to DCC.
• Develop and implement necessary DCC work instructions and/or guidelines.
• Provide required status reporting to Management.
• Ensure that all contractors and their sub-contractor document deliverables meet project requirements.
• Ensure that all DCC registers are maintained.
• Ensure procedures and schedules are adhered to.
• Provide assistance, guidance and support as required.
• Implement and follow up DCC Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s).
• Lead by example in HSE, Quality and open communication with team and Contractors.
• Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken.
• Monitor contractor's reporting and investigate any anomalies.
• Weekly reporting to Topsides IM Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education:
• Higher education or extensive experience in Document Management.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, official regulations, etc.

Experience:
• Extensive experience in Document Management in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects as Operator.
• Project Document Management systems/tools.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.

Personal characteristics:
• Ability to make decisions and provide guidance.
• Adaptability and problem solving capability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond to, and deal with, project personnel at all levels including contractor staff.
• Team player and team builder.
• Apply quality management principles and processes.
• Be aware of the broader perspective and how it affects the project.

Additional requirements:
• Recognize positive attitude and actions.
• Perform regularly performance talks with DCC team, give positive and constructive feedback.
