Is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions the transmission and distribution industry

The Role:
My client are currently looking for 3x Systems Engineers / DCS Engineers you will configure, commission, maintain and services systems products..

As a Systems Engineer / DCS Engineer your main responsibilities will be:
• Provide field and in house technical support at all times.
• Design, construction, wiring, commissioning of modifications associated with control systems.
• After initial training: configuration calibration, cleaning, adjustment, preventative and corrective maintenance and the pertinent documentation of a full range of company systems.
• Devise and implement control strategies.
• Commission equipment in the field.
• Carries out feasibility studies on behalf of Clients and recommends courses of action inorder for client to overcome plant and control problems.
• Be available on an “on call” basis to advise customers out of hours and, if necessary make unscheduled site visits.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Thorough process control engineering experience including site work.
• Experience and thorough knowledge of at least one distributed control system (and the ability to assimilate quickly through training) ie: TDC 3000, Experion, Infi 90, Symphony, Melody, Harmony, Advant, Industrial IT, 800xa, Delta V, CS3000, S7, Allen Bradley, Foxboro
