The Role:
Only candidates who already have the rights to work in Azerbaijan will be considered for this role

Work with the Contractor/Vendors and the Project team to deliver fully on client's expectations on HSE.
• Actively Participate in Site Tool Box Talks and in Site Tours
• General Admin Duties for the Project Team
• Maintain the schedule of Vendors and keep it up-to-date
• Provide detailed reporting on Topsides Team and client Vendor planned schedules and maintain rota as required
• Responsible for mobilization and demobilization of client Vendors
• Negotiate with Project Contract and Cost department
• Coordinate approval of timesheets for Vendors as required and keep copy of them
• Admin Support Daily Support to Vendors:
- Booking of HSE Induction
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Maintenance and monitor of office requirements
- Manage of minutes of meetings if required
- Management of site visit forms
- Daily site transportation
- Office desk
- IT requirements
- Translation of Documents from English into Azerbaijan/Russian and vice/versa if required
- Carrying out general admin tasks: filing, photo copying; scanning
- Assist Admin Lead as requested
- Assisting other departments/groups as required
• Liaise with Local CWT travel agency and client Immigration department
- Hotel Booking
- Meet&Greet&Transportation
- Coordination of Visa. Issuing of Letter of Invitation for Vendors


• Competent in communicating in the English language both written and spoken
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must and necessary to be a communication liaison between the clients, vendors and client Project Team
• Computer literacy is a must. Technically competent with software programs such as Microsoft Office 2010 applications (e.g. MSWord, Power Point, Excel, etc.) and navigating within a computer
• Meet deadlines and to work under pressure as an effective team member in a high pressure work environment
• Demonstrated teamwork. Strong time management and organizational skills
• A clear commitment to efficiency
• Exceptionally well organised; strong work ethics and willingness to work hard to achieve employer objectives
• Highly self-motivated and goal oriented
• Fast learner motivated by new challenges; proven ability to quickly learn and apply new

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum: General Education
• Azerbaijan; English; Russian Language skills. Strong verbal & written skills. Ability to translate documents if required

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
University Degree is preferable
