The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
•Provide HSE Leadership and work with the contractor & Client team to deliver fully on their expectations on HSE.
•Attending Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT’s) on behalf of the Client.
•Review and comment on Engineering contractors AFD documents, provide commissioning perspective to Design.
•Review of Engineering Contractors AFC design documents.
•Participation in Mechanical and temporaray systems Hazops as required.
•Specifying and raising Purchase Orders for required Mechanical equipment and Mechanical Test Equipment.
•Attending project meetings as required.
•Identify mechanical temporary system requirements for onshore and offshore commissioning
•Providing engineering assistance to the construction contractor for resolution of mechanical issues, etc.
•Witnessing and approving site acceptance tests.
•Review and acceptance of contractor supplied procedures and activities for installation of all Mechanical equipment at onshore and offshore locations.
•Responsible for the compilation of relevant Commissioning Test Procedures (CTP) for the Mechanical systems.
•Responsible for the execution of all relevant work-scopes detailed within the CTP’s.
•Responsible for the safety & management of all Suppliers’ representatives when on-site / offshore for the commissioning works of subsequent items of equipment.
•Compilation of all necessary reports as/when required.
•Ensuring all Mechanical commissioning personnel carryout their work and are fully trained in accordance with site PTW procedures
•Encourage development of National personnel
•Provide advice, coaching and training of National personnel
•Act as an Area Authority within the Client's Permit To Work Procedures.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•An Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications / experience or a minimum of 10 years experience in similar roles in the oil and gas industry
•An experienced discipline engineer who demonstrates good communication and team ethos skills and have significant experience of working on the commissioning of a major Project within the oil and gas industry
•Previous Experience on ACG projects in Azerbaijan preferable.
