Our clients is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies with an aim to meet the energy needs of society, in ways that are economically, socially and environmentally viable, now and in the future.

The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated IT Support role within the oil and gas industry.

This is a short term 2 - 4 month contract based in Perth with an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure al requests from users for assistance are handled promptly and effectively
- Advise users of the available IT Solutions
- Diagnosing underlying causes of difficulties
- Liaise with other IT functions
- Regularly monitor the incident, status and speed of resolution of enquiries and problems
- Must be proactive in devising improvements and recommending changes to systems

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

- Must have experience with Windows 2000 & NT & Microsoft products
