The Company:
We have been assigned to recruit for a high profile position within one of the largest international oil and gas company's in the world, with operated production in excess of 700,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day they produce oil and gas in across Europe, Middle East, Africa and America with Exploration activities ongoing globally.

The Role:
You will provide deepwater well completion designs, well operations procedures and technical advice on deepwater completions, most importantly you'll be active in the development of activities in one of 4 global hub offices, progressing your chosen operation to become one of the leading "Deepwater Centre of Excellence" in the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
• Planning and prioritizing well completions design and implementation activities
• Advise and participate in the Well Delivery Process for offshore as liaison between drilling department and project team
• Specify completion and intervention equipment and services and assist with the tender and procurement process
• Maintenance and updating of completions, workover and well-services documentation and data
• Help with the recruitment and deployment of Completions and Subsea Supervisors, conducting supervisor training as required
• Implementation of additional processes/procedures applicable to deepwater completion operation improvement
• Identify opportunities for new technology development and implantation

ACCOUNTABLITIES:
• Compliance of completion designs and procedures, inclusive of all applicable legislation and company policies, standards and procedures
• Ensure that completions operations meet agreed budgets and objectives
• Implementation of management systems and continuous improvement processes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience in completions engineering with experience in deepwater activities
• Experience of sand control methods, sand-face completion design and soft formation stimulation
• Experience of upper completion system components, their design and application
• Preference for direct West Africa deepwater experience desired for 2 of 4 current roles
• A solid working knowledge of subsea tree systems
• Possess good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
