The Role:
• Ensure that the client are meeting requirements for the modifications programme for their assets
• Ensure that all work complies with Contract and client Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures, project specific
• Ensure that we have clear scopes of work agreed with the client and clearly understood by the team
• Ensure that robust plans and cost estimates are in place for all work
• Ensure that all work is delivered to agreed budgets and schedules
• Provide supervision, direction and support for all personnel contributing to assigned work
• Promote effective communication and challenge within the Engineering disciplines to foster the production of safe, cost effective, fit for purpose and constructible design solutions
• Maintain close liaison with Customer and provide assistance to ensure all work on the assigned projects is progressed and reported effectively
• Be open to innovative ways of working, ensuring efficiency in delivery to client
• Identify opportunities for efficiency savings and implement where agreed
• Provide continuity and interface throughout Contract lifespan between Client offices and with client Project personnel
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all work complies with Contract and client Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures, project specific

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Engineering Degree preferable. However a suitable engineering background and adequate experience will also meet the needs.
• Minimum of HND/HNC.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering Brownfield projects, and an offshore oil and gas focus
• Strong Project management skills
• Strong engineering and design focus
• Good understanding of Construction activities
