The Role:
• To assist the Hiring Managers clearly define their vacancy needs.
• To administer the authorisation and distribution of the vacancies to the PSL agencies via the VMS system
• To pre-screen CV’s submitted to the client via the VMS system.
• To draw-up short-lists for the Hiring Managers when requested so to do.
• To organise, and at times conduct interviews with the short-listed candidates.
• Facilitate the feedback process to both the agencies and the hiring managers.
• Conduct rate negotiations with agencies, and handle the job offer process.
• Complete all required actions on the VMS system to issue the order to the agency.
• Conduct new starter inductions.
• Conduct Exit Interviews, when required.
• Handle/facilitate contractor issues as part of a defined escalation process.
• To attend meetings which may be called by the client in respect of contractor needs/Resource meetings for the purpose of informing Italic & the PSL agencies of future developments/ plans/reorganisations and changes in the client’s organisation.
• Other duties to support the contract as maybe.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Good general level of education.
• An excellent written and oral communication skill at all levels.
• Experience of service based services.
• Experience of working to and delivering against Service Level Agreements.
• Strong relationship builder.
• Experience within the Oil & Gas Industry desirable.
• An appreciation of Internet/IT systems, departmental structures and project life cycle.
• An excellent ability to priority set, and to manage client expectations.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work without supervision and to prioritise own workload.
• Good time-management skills.
• Good team player.
• Confidence in own abilities.
