The Role:
Secondary technical and professional education (specialized secondary and vocational education) in a relevant discipline (qualification) and minimum 2 years specialized job experience.
Good interpersonal and effective business communication skills.
General understanding of business processes.
Team player and self motivation.
Good administration skills.
Ability to respond rapidly and calmly to changing goals and tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational ability.
Professional and mature attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information and ensure confidentiality.
Ability to cope with fast changing priorities and fluctuations in workload.
Must be able to take on a pro-active role as a key POD team member.
Strong organizational ability, time management and problem solving skills;
Ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic;
Ability to coach and develop others.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook, Visio and SAP
Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
Excellent drafting and reporting skills
