The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

To provide support for the Test and Validation Functional Manager and Senior Engineers across all departmental activities. Additionally, providing support to the EG/t project support teams in budget definition and control.

Scope of the Role

- Departmental Operations and Administration
- Management of Department IT equipment.
- Monitoring and Reporting on Department Budgets and Budget Forecasts.
- Arranging Travel and Submitting Expenses for the Department.
- Maintenance of Departmental overtime.
- Other Ad Hoc duties as requested by Functional Manager and Senior Engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

- Educated to A Level or with proven experience.
- Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work within the team on own initiative and liaise with all levels of management.
- Ability to work within a technical environment and communicate effectively with all members of the team.
- Ability to work with other departments within the business and facilitate communication with the team.
- Ability to generate project budgets at high level and details using own initiative.
