The Company:
Our Client is a major Oil & Gas Company

The Role:
The DPM will be responsible for all activities concerning the project, from basic engineering to transfer to Operations, in accordance with the various agreements signed.
manage the approved budget, the approved overall schedule, the specified performances of installations, and the quality and the safety of installations.

MISSIONS
1. Ensure safe and effective development of the Project, in line with the HSE goals, scope, budget and schedule
2. Provide DPM support in the definition and implementation of project management organization and project related documents
3. Provide DPM support in the allocation of authority and responsibilities for each position.
4. Provide DPM support in the definition and implementation of the contractual strategy and the procurement strategy.
5. Provide DPM support in the progress reporting, planning and cost, of project to end client
6. Provide DPM support in the interface and relations with regulatory bodies, clients and contractors as required by end Client
7. Provide DPM support in the definition and establishment of:
the quality assurance policy and system
the risk management policy and system
the health, safety and environment policy and system.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience of both Greenfield and Brownfield projects with a track record of successfully leading projects through to completion.
A Bachelors degree in Engineering in appropriate disciplines
Minimum of 8 years experience as a project Manager
Good communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
MS Office computer skills plus MS Project or Primavera.
Willingness to contribute and adhere to safety requirements. Experience working in multicultural environments.F
Fluent English
The ability to successfully bridge between industrial cultures and National cultures, including relations with local authorities.
