The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Work with Project Leaders / Group Leaders and Engineers to ensure Chassis programmes meet the requirements of VS Milestones for each gateway.
Using 'Team Centre' to ensure all CAD is structured and meets the progression levels required and is scored OK / NOK correctly.
Chair Engineering reviews to create the system structures and the supporting design references that allow the correct CAD to be aligned to the structure.
Work with the Engineering team to resolve CAD / BOM alignment issues.
Use of Digibuck to review issues and identify owners / communication of the issue to the ML.
Support Chassis iPLM introduction for ensuring future processes and applications meet our requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of Team Centre. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience is working with small groups of Engineers to define the correct structures and resolve Virtual Series issues
Automotive Chassis Knowledge.
Experience in a similar position
No Degree required, just experience in a similar role

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Catia V5 knowledge prefferable.
Working knowledge of Virtual Series processes
