The Company:
Progressive forward thinking company, working on various nuclear contracts, winning new design work packages all the time. Our clients deliverables include full 2D and 3D design, stress analysis and FEA, together with all relevant documentation throughout the project stages.

The Role:
Our client is looking for at least two new design engineers (Mechanical bias) for a scheme they are supporting based on the Sellafield site.

Immediate start required.

HNC qualified (may be possible to substitute this for relevant experience)

Experience of:

Detail design for structural steelwork
Pipe Iso's and Ga's
Ventilation ductwork detail design
Fabrications Stainless steel and carbon steel

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Sellafield site experience and P4 pass holder for immediate start.
AutoCAD essential
Knowledge of Sellafield specifications and drawing standards.
Experienced in taking site condition measurements and designing for installation of new and modified equipment in existing plant.
Ability to integrate in a multi-disciplined design team based on Sellafield.
Flexible approach and attitude to site changes essential.
Ability to lead and communicate with Senior Engineers and Managers.
Ability to liaise with Area Engineers and supervisors.
