General (10%):
- Fully participate in company and I.T safety initiatives.
- Maintain necessary skill levels through regular training.
- Ensure activities participated in and services provided are fully compliant with Client’s policies.
- Demonstrate Company Way behaviours at all times. Assist in ensuring the safe work practices of all colleagues and service providers, both company and alliance partners/contractors.

- Cooperate closely with IRM group on deployment and maintenance of the following:
- Data Privacy Management
- Information Risk Management processes inventory IT audits preparations

- Implement and monitor technical controls on an operational basis.
-Follow I.T Governance requirements e.g. I.T Architecture reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve 2nd level assigned desktop support tickets within agreed SLA’s. .
- Proficient in supporting the Client’s GIL Desktop environment (Windows OS, Office versions) (GIL Options Panel, GSCE, Net2Info, GIL Serv, WAM, IDAdmin)
- Install and troubleshoot desktop applications and agreed business applications.
- Ensure reliability of I.T hardware/AV equipment within i-DE and conference rooms.
- Provide support for Level 1 Help-Desk personnel and share best practices.
- Maintain I.T consumable and hardware stock inventories.
- Maintain desktop inventories using the WAM (Web Asset Management) to ensure correct billing, ownership and status. User Admin & Security
- Utilise SART to process and track all new user, application and data access requests. .
- Assist with GILServ requests and other service permissions. Infrastructure and Applications Support
- Support other I.T teams within Business Unit.

Collaboration and Business Knowledge (15%):
-Understand and follow Capital Stewardship needs and best practices.
-Maintain a broad understanding of upstream business.
-Maintain good understanding of customer support requirements, business priorities, processes in order to use I.T expertise to offer continual support and future enhancements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Min secondary school + 3 years of experience in I.T(desktop support or IRM) Bachelors in Computer science will be additional advantage
Experience: Desktop support &/ or information risk management preferably in larger organisations with strong process oriented culture
Preferred Skills: Strong problem solving, Ms Windows/Office suite , PC Computer hardware and peripherals, Data privacy and computing systems security , remedy or other ticketing systems, team player, user support oriented, ability to work under pressure & to deadlines , good communication skills. Language skills – to speak English and basic Polish.
Certification: None required. MS Windows 7, MS Office and Data privacy would be desirable.
