The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The applicant will be required to tune the software parameters within the Stability Control System in such a way as to optimize the performance of the vehicle in all operating conditions as defined by the Manouvers Catalogue and performance targets applicable to the specific vehicle project.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
High level driving skills at and beyond the adhesion limit in a range of high and low mu test environments Analysis of vehicle handling characteristics during a driving manouver.
Degree in Automotive, Motor Sport or mechanical engineering

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Software tuning of the Stability Control System - particularly Continental Teves or Bosch IPG CARMAKER & ADAMS software packages
'Stability Control System tuning for an OEM or Tier 1 supplier
