The Role:
Durability Attribute engineer The durability Attribute engineer is responsible for the following: Define targets Define Test requirement. Identify data logging requirements. Prepare Verification plan Prepare Design verification plan Define test object specification. Ensure costs are contained within available budget Manage the costs throughout test to ensure containability.. Define test location. Prepare Launch Production verification plan.. Lead issue resolution teams Ensure all issues and vehicle actions are reported. Manage issue resolution. Lead / support teams resolving major issues. Feedback issues to ensure Future lessons are learnt. Present test progress and customer issues to Launch Management meetings. Verify resolution action Prepare issue resolution verification plans (could be rig, proving ground or public road) Implement these plans and report results, to management.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good organized approach to managing work, Good analytical skills, people skills, Computing skills (MS Excel, word, outlook & web based data management systems), Driving Licence.
Integration of vehicle systems, Problem solving, Working in cross functional teams.
Engineering Diploma

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Understanding of CAE & CAD methods,
Vehicle Launch.
Engineering Degree
