The Role:
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain overall Documents for Operations (DFO) specifications, and standard processes to support successful and timely project hand-off.
• Collaborate and interface with Operations, Projects, and other teams to further develop a “fit for purpose” DFO for client's compliance with AMS SEMS.
• Assist in developing project Master Document Register (MDR) and Document Distribution Matrix (DDM) based on DFO requirements, and EPC’s scope of work.
• Host DFO and document control trainings and work sessions with delivery managers, team leads, project document control, EPC contractors, vendors and alike, for a better understanding of the project documentation requirements (document for operations, and documents for construction).
• Develop a project document deliverables schedule and timeline to support long lead items, early deliverables, final deliverables, and project handover.
• Develop a redlining procedures and management of change to ensure that all documents are modified properly and consistent with Client's MOC process.
• Develop a project documentation requirements plan\ DFO based on project phases (pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC) and project scope while remaining consistent with overall GPS DFO standards.
• Promote and sustain GPS Document Control standards, DFO specifications and requirements, project handover and completion, and other related GPS data management initiatives, to projects.
• Develop an effective tool to track, audit and report project EPC contractors’ deliverables; progress, DFO deliverables, and delivery schedule.
• Provide DFO and document control mentoring to less experiences DCs and DFO analysts.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 15+ years of Document Control, DFO and other relevant work experiences – Oil & Gas required; Operator side preferred
• Expert-level proficiency in the Information & Data Management area
• Expert-level understanding of Project Technical Documentation Requirements and Deliverables.
• Excellent working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (Livelink, SharePoint, Documentum)
• Excellent writing skills, technical documentations, specifications, training materials, presentations, and others.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills to multi-level audience.
• Strong training skills.
• Ability to influence. Successful collaborator.
