The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Knowledge of on board and off board diagnostics
Experience of control systems and EMS calibration
Must have systems engineering practical knowledge
Experience and working knowledge of INCA and MDA
Good analytical skills
Strong understanding & application of design quality tools (DFMEA, FMA, Robustness, Lessons Learnt etc)
Understanding of EU5 and EU6 OBD legislation and OBD II standards"

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of diagnostic trouble codes Awareness of ISO standard (ISO14229, ISO15765-3, ISO11898) and after-sales diagnosis tools
Practical knowledge of engine ECU diagnostics services and documentation

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Awareness and experience of launch in production plant
